Get Involved
Our church offers ministries and programs for people of all ages and interests. Here are a few ways that you can get involved:
 |
Heaven's Handful Puppet Team: Grades 2 - 12
Heaven's Handful ministers to all ages through puppetry, drama, and music. The puppeteers serve as witnesses of their own faith journeys and provide examples to others of their dedication to serve the Lord.
Heaven's Handful Puppet Team is available to perform at nursing homes and churches. For information on bookings or to learn more about the team, contact Georgia Woodward at georgwood@mchsi.com or (515) 967-5622. |
 |
M & M's (Music and Ministry): (Grades 3 - 6)
M & M's meets on Wednesdays from 2:15 - 4:30, following the Southeast Polk School calendar. Each Wednesday, a group of adult volunteers pick up the boys and girls at their elementary buildings. They come to the church for snacks and games at 2:15, then have chime choir rehearsal and work on puppetry skills. Either their parents pick them up at 4:30 or they are taken to their day care provider.
There is no charge for this activity. To learn more about this program, contact Georgia Woodward at georgwood@mchsi.com or (515) 967-5622. |
